🕒 Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be:
Unused and in original condition
Returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Received the wrong item
Received a defective or damaged item
Size or variation needs to be changed (subject to availability)
Note: We do not offer exchanges for used items, hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., whistles, skipping ropes), or items bought on clearance.
🚚 Exchange Process
Contact us at [your email/phone/WhatsApp] with your order number and reason for exchange.
We’ll confirm item availability and provide the return address.
Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send out the replacement.
📦 Exchange Shipping Costs
If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover the shipping cost.
For exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size), the customer is responsible for return and reshipping fees.
