🔁 Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’ve received the wrong item, size, or a defective product, we’re here to help!

🕒 Exchange Eligibility

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • Returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


🔄 Reasons We Accept Exchanges

  • Received the wrong item

  • Received a defective or damaged item

  • Size or variation needs to be changed (subject to availability)

Note: We do not offer exchanges for used items, hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., whistles, skipping ropes), or items bought on clearance.


🚚 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at [your email/phone/WhatsApp] with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. We’ll confirm item availability and provide the return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send out the replacement.


📦 Exchange Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover the shipping cost.

  • For exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size), the customer is responsible for return and reshipping fees.
