🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia. If you are located outside this area and would like to place an order, please contact us directly for custom shipping arrangements.

⏱️ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

📬 Delivery Time Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

🚛 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with trusted local courier partners such as J&T Express, Pos Laju, Ninja Van, DHL to ensure your items arrive safely.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders over RM150

  • A flat shipping rate of RM8 applies to orders below the minimum.

  • Express shipping charges (if available) will be calculated at checkout.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

📦 Packaging

We take great care in packaging all items securely to prevent any damage during transit. Bulky items like balls and rackets may be packed in protective material to ensure safe delivery.

📮 Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
